Hether was raised on a ranch in Southern Alberta, and has always been interested in Agriculture. Heather and her husband currently own and operate Room To Grow Market Farm, near Glenwood, Alberta. She paints largely from photos she has taken on farm or in the area. She loves detail and paints in several mediums, watercolour being her favourite.
