I am a watercolour and watermixable oil artist but do enjoy drawing, pastels and mixed media and sometimes gouache and casein experimentation. Been in Lethbridge since 1998 and some intermittently before that having graduated from LCC 1979. As a retirees my husband and I are appreciating the joys of living in a smaller city with a university and college for young adult kids and ourselves as well as organizations like LAC. Dabbled in art most of my life as my family nurtured the arts in the home but more recently since 2008 when I was introduced to painting initially in watercolour and later experimented with oils since 2015. Still very much a beginner though π as learning is a lifelong thing! Glad to be part of the group LAC!
